Lake's Folly's main production is focused on two wines, which consistently rate in the best of their type in Australia.
Our wines are single-site grown, vintaged and made on the estate.
Lake's Folly Chardonnay is made from low yielding, estate-grown fruit which is barrel fermented and aged on yeast lees for eight months in French oak barriques (30–50% new). There is no secondary malolactic fermentation.
The wine cellars extraordinarily well, with many vintages living for 10+ years.
