Adventurous young winemaker Jared Dixon is taking the New England wine region in some interesting directions. Working with his fruit naturally, exploring unsung sites, it's an exciting development for the region.
Jared's Rosé is comprised of Tempranillo, Shiraz, and Durif, fermented wild with indigenous yeasts in old oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
It's bright, fresh and near on impossible to put down. The blend is unconventional but the finished wine is just a dry, savoury Rosé with a little funky twist.
Drinkability, as always, is a highlight in Jared's unique offerings.
