This curious field-blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Blanc opens with aromas of lime peel, green
apples and white peach. But there´s much more. With each swirl comes a new aroma like quince,
aniseed and ginger as well as salty caramel. Creamy texture on the palate is perfectly balanced by natural crunchy acidity (a hallmark of Topper´s terroir).
Red apples combined with raspberry and lemon sorbet plus herbal elements like sage and basil. The concerto finishes with white grapefruit like tingling sensation with heaps of refreshment. Ridiculously moreish wine made without any additions, minimal manipulation and bottled with minimal preservatives. This is an entry pass to our Terroir!
